Bacon Cheddar Scones - Farm to Table Ingredients
These Bacon Cheddar Scones were an assignment for my Contemporary Pastry Arts Course. We had to source and utilize ingredients from local growers and farmers. I chose local bacon and local raw cheese sold at a farm store I worked at, J & L Green Farm , and these scones came out absolutely delicious! I utilized and adapted the recipe Bacon Cheddar Chive Scones from King Arthur Flour. ~Chef Amy
