Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

 and it's just as simple as that! This is one of my favorite meals and you can add whatever suits your fancy! 






Kielbasa Sausage, sliced or chopped
Onion, chopped or sliced
Green Pepper, chopped or sliced
Minced Garlic
Jalapeno pepper, deseeded and chopped 
Mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
Ground cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Fresh chopped cilantro
Lemon juice
White rice
Jasmine rice
Can of diced tomatoes with juice


saute onion, peppers, and garlic, in EVOO with salt & pepper.  Add chili powder, mushrooms & lemon juice.  once mixture is tender, add meat.  heat through.  serve over cooked rice.

Super simple and fairly healthy!
